1. About HarrenaFlow
HarrenaFlow is a product of Harrena Technology Limited. These terms govern your use of the HarrenaFlow website and outbound remittance services (the "Service").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You agree to provide accurate identity and contact information and to complete any KYC or compliance checks we request.
3. Outbound transfers
HarrenaFlow facilitates outbound transfers funded in Nigerian Naira (NGN) with payout in supported corridors such as Turkish Lira (TRY) and United States Dollars (USD). Quotes show the rate and fee before you confirm. Quoted rates are valid only for the stated countdown window. Timing depends on partner banks and payout rails.
4. Fees and refunds
Fees are disclosed before you fund a transfer. If a funded transfer fails and cannot be completed, we will refund the funded amount to you according to our partner and banking processes. Refund timing may vary by payment method.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any purpose that violates Nigerian or destination-country law. We may suspend or close accounts that present compliance risk.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harrena Technology Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
