HarrenaFlow is operated by Harrena Technology Limited. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our outbound remittance Service.
2. Data we collect
We collect account details (name, email, phone), identity and KYC documents when required, recipient bank details you provide, transfer and ledger records, device and usage logs needed for security, and payment references from our collection partners.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to create and authenticate accounts, process outbound transfers, meet AML/CFT and sanctions obligations, prevent fraud, send transactional notices, and improve Service reliability.
4. Sharing
We share data with payment and payout partners (such as Flutterwave and Eficyent), banks and compliance processors as needed to complete transfers, and service providers who host or support the platform under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Security and retention
Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest where applicable. Access is limited to authorized staff and systems. We retain transfer and KYC records for as long as required by law and our compliance programme, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, and object to certain processing. Some records must be kept for regulatory reasons even after an account is closed.
